This is the official and genuine blog of the Genuine Faux Farm. We are a small, family farm that focuses on raising certified organic vegetables. We also raise turkeys and chickens and we have raised ducks. Our produce is primarily sold via a farm share CSA program, though you may find our produce elsewhere within 50 miles of the farm. We specialize in heirloom and open-pollinated vegetables and use inter-cropping methods.

Break Time - Planting Seeds
Sometimes the hobby intersects with the profession.
The season is on its way where we will use tools like this:
At GFF, we actually do not own a Jang seeder, but we do have two Earthway seeders. We also have a European Push seeder and a Six Row Seeder. But, we're featuring the above because we wanted to show that these are not necessarily new technologies.
How about $7.50 with a 5% discount for early payment for a similar seeder in 1912?
