Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread
2c flour (recommend using ½ c whole wheat)
1c packed brown sugar
1T baking powder
1t cinnamon
¼ t salt
¼ t baking soda
1/8 t ground ginger
1/8 t ground cloves
1 c roasted (use blender or food processor if stringy variety) pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Bake at 350 for 60-65 min.
Makes 1 large loaf.
